In the case that I not able use public transportation to get to the venue in a reasonable time (about or over an hour of travel and I would have to walk a significant amount), I will charge the amount it take for me to UBER/LYFT/etc. I will let you know before hand if I must charge it and will send screenshots. Usually, I will book beforehand to save both parties money. In the case the the event is way late, I may request to use UBER to maximize my safety.
If our engagement goes above the time that our contract is stated for, I do receive the right to charge my hourly rate as an additional charge. I will make it clear when I'll be counting the additional hours.
Taxes will applied as well, as an mandatory charge on any of the packages listed above depending on your location. If you are based in Seattle, I will charge a 10.55% to satisfy sales tax.
